My Story - Coles Notes

I used to live in mental chaos that left me feeling chained. After oodles of face-plant moments, releasing from shame and harsh expectations I put on myself I found acceptance, personal trust and life ownership. I am ultra passionate about my family, Jesus, making health habits FUN, laughing, volunteering in my community and networking.

Before coaching, my career was in social work community development and front-line support for seniors and caregivers. I have worked with extremely resilient people with unreal life stories who have carved my lens of life.

Today I live unshackled, where I responsibly own my mental, emotional and physical health choices to show up strong, reliable and consistent for those I love and care about - especially my amazing clients.

My mission is to show ambitious women over 40 that Yes You Can confidently juggle life's demands, nurture family harmony and embrace your personal dreams!
