Client Services Agreement

This Client Services Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between Bold World Planners LLC, referred to as the "Company," and you as the student member, referred to as the "Client."

1. Services Provided

The Company agrees to provide financial coaching services to the Client, including but not limited to group life coaching, group financial coaching, personalized financial coaching, educational resources, and support to help the Client achieve their financial goals without budgeting.

2. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to actively participate in the coaching program, complete assigned tasks, and provide accurate and timely information to facilitate the coaching process.

3. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all information shared during coaching sessions confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

4. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the agreed-upon fee for the financial coaching program. Payment details, including amounts and due dates, are sent in monthly invoices.

5. Cancellation Policy

Either party may terminate this agreement by cancelling the subscription online at https://boldworldplanners.thrivecart.com/updateinfo/ Written notice is not required. The Client understands that fees paid are non-refundable.

6. Disclaimer

The Company is not a financial institution and does not provide investment, legal, or tax advice. The coaching services are intended for educational purposes only.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Company is not liable for any financial decisions made by the Client. The Client assumes all risks associated with implementing financial strategies discussed during coaching sessions.
