1. Introduction

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations
for participants attending the Heart of the Phoenix Pilates and Reiki Day
Retreat. By booking and attending the retreat, the participant agrees to comply
with these terms and conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

·       

Reservation: Participants must make a
reservation in advance by completing the booking form and paying the retreat
fee in full.

·       

Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit
card, debit card, or bank transfer. Payment details will be provided upon
booking.

·       

Confirmation: Upon receipt of the full payment,
a confirmation email with the retreat details will be sent to the participant.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

·       

Cancellation by Participant: If a participant
needs to cancel their booking, they must notify Heart of the Phoenix in writing
at least 14 days before the retreat date to receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat will incur a 50%
cancellation fee.

·       

Cancellation by Heart of the Phoenix: If the
retreat is cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances,
participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an
alternative retreat date.

·       

Non-Refundable Fees: Any transaction fees
incurred during the payment process are non-refundable.

4. Participant Responsibilities

·       

Health and Fitness: Participants are responsible
for ensuring they are physically fit and healthy to participate in the retreat
activities. Any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries should be disclosed
to the retreat organizer prior to booking.

·       

Personal Belongings: Participants are
responsible for their personal belongings during the retreat. The retreat
organiser is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.

·       

Behaviour: Participants must behave respectfully
and considerately towards other participants and instructors. Any disruptive
behaviour may result in the participant being asked to leave the retreat
without a refund.

5. Liability

·       

Waiver of Liability: By attending the retreat,
participants acknowledge and accept that they are participating at their own
risk. The retreat organiser and instructors are not liable for any injuries,
illnesses, or damages that may occur during the retreat.

·       

Insurance: Participants are encouraged to have
their own travel and health insurance to cover any unforeseen events.

6. Retreat Activities

·       

Schedule: The retreat schedule will be provided
to participants upon arrival. Heart of the Phoenix reserve the right to make
changes to the schedule as necessary.

·       

Instructors: All Pilates and Reiki sessions will
be conducted by qualified and experienced instructors. Participants are
expected to follow the guidance and instructions provided by the instructors.

·       

Equipment: All necessary equipment for Pilates
sessions will be provided by Heart of the Phoenix. Participants are advised for
their own comfort during the Reiki and Guided Meditation that they bring a mat,
blanket and/or pillow with them.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

·       

Data Collection: Personal information collected
during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of organising
and delivering the retreat. This information will not be shared with third
parties without the participant's consent.

·       

Photography and Videography: Participants
consent to being photographed or filmed during the retreat for promotional
purposes. If a participant does not wish to be photographed or filmed, they
must notify the organiser in advance.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and
interpreted in accordance with the laws of the country where the retreat is
held. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions shall be subject to
the exclusive country of the courts of that country.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By booking and attending the Pilates and Reiki Day Retreat,
participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these
terms and conditions.
