WEEK 1 – Your deep dive and uniqueness

We talk about you and your current approach to the work that you do.

Starting with you in mind, we dig deep into what you love doing, who you love working with in order to build out a strategy that feels great.

We focus on your uniqueness, the value that you add and how we can really make this call in your ideal clients.

WEEK 2 - Your business structure - finances and business model

We look at your revenue and cash forecast (I have tools for you to use).

We would also look at a business model that supports your version 2.0 business (including the money that you would love to be making).

To do this we would also look at competitors to identify opportunities

WEEK 3 - Your Value proposition

We will do an asset audit - so looking at all the assets you currently have.

We would go through your clients problems (and the problem beneath the problem).

You will also go away engaged and ready to research and dig deep into what problems your ideal clients have.

WEEK 4 - Your perfect solution and niche

Based upon the work you’ve done so far and your research, we would look at your perfect solution and how you package this up.

I want you to be able to confidently talk about this to your audience both online and in person.

This involves working on your niche.

WEEK 5 - Your approach to marketing and sales

In this session we’ll look at your marketing and sales and how you get comfortable with this in order to grow your business.

We’ll look at how you approach your content in a way that’s simple and straightforward and what you want to become known as the ‘expert’ in.

We also look at your written blueprint - what you’re saying online about yourself from your website to your social media pages.

Week 6 - Strategic map

We look at your longer term vision and opportunities to scale.

We break down your goals into actionable steps and create a roadmap to achieve them.

We also talk through tracking your progress and adjusting your course as and when it's needed.

Throughout each session, limiting beliefs and mindset issues will come up which we’ll talk through so that nothing is going to hold you back.
