When this happens, it’s a sign that we need to call our energy back and realign with our purpose.

Here’s how to bring your energy back together when everything feels chaotic:

1. Slow Down & Get Present

When you feel scattered, your energy is likely stuck in the past (overanalyzing) or the future (worrying). Bring yourself back to the present moment with a deep breath. Place your hands on your heart and ask yourself, What do I need right now? Even just a few minutes of mindfulness can create instant clarity.

2. Clear Out Mental Clutter

A scattered mind often holds too much information at once. Write everything down—ideas, worries, to-dos—then prioritise. What truly matters today? What can be released? Seeing it all on paper stops the mental loops and allows you to refocus on what’s essential.

3. Reconnect With Your Body

Energy fragmentation often happens when we’re too in our heads. Bring awareness back to your body with movement—go for a walk, stretch, or dance. Gentle physical activity helps ground scattered energy and brings you back into alignment.

4. Call Your Energy Back

If you’ve been giving too much of yourself away, take a moment to call your energy back. Close your eyes, visualise yourself gathering pieces of your energy from all the places you’ve left them, and imagine it flowing back into your body. Feel yourself becoming whole again.

5. Align With Your Human Design

Your Human Design gives you a personal roadmap to decision-making and energy flow. If you’re feeling lost, look at your strategy and authority—are you making choices in alignment with your design? Following your unique energetic blueprint can bring you back into balance effortlessly.

6. Set Clear Boundaries

Feeling scattered can stem from saying ‘yes’ to too much or absorbing energy from others. Take inventory of your commitments and relationships—where do you need to set stronger boundaries? Protecting your energy is key to staying focused and aligned.

7. Reconnect With Your ‘Why’

When energy feels fragmented, you might have lost touch with your deeper purpose. Take a step back and reflect on your mission—why did you start your business? What impact do you want to create? Reconnecting with your vision realigns your energy and reignites your motivation.

8. Trust That It’s Safe to Pause

Sometimes, we stay scattered because we fear slowing down. But taking time to recenter isn’t a step backward—it’s an essential part of growth. Give yourself permission to pause, recalibrate, and move forward with clarity.
