A journey of healing and finding peace

I know how hard it can be when the reality of your pregnancy, birth, or motherhood journey doesn't match the dreams you held in your heart. The gap between expectation and reality can be overwhelming, leaving you feeling disconnected, lost, or even trapped in pain and self-blame. My core intention is to walk alongside you in this vulnerable place, to help you uncover the deep emotions and beliefs that are holding you back, and to gently guide you toward a space of inner peace, connection, and joy in your motherhood journey.

What is included:

You will receive 12 sessions in total, with one 90-minute 1:1 session per week for three months, held online via Zoom. In these personalized sessions, we will use Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) tapping to help you release the trapped emotions and past experiences that are weighing you down, calm your nervous system, and bring a sense of healing to your mind, body, and spirit.

Our journey together will unfold in three stages:

The Journey:

Month 1: Calm the storm

Focus: Focus: We begin by easing the emotional overwhelm, self-blame and guilt that comes from unmet expectations in pregnancy, birth, or motherhood.
Outcome: Begin to feel more yourself again, more connected to your partner & child as you regain a sense of emotional stability and clarity.

Month 2: Heal the core wounds

Focus: We go deeper into the roots — childhood wounds, past trauma, and limiting beliefs that still shape your experience.
Outcome: Gently transform pain, anxiety, and frustration into healing and self-compassion. Start healing the emotional scars of traumatic experiences, enabling a deeper connection with your true self. Things that before triggered you. don't have the same impact on you any more.

Month 3:Create a new reality

Focus:Together we strengthen your emotional resilience and build new beliefs that support a peace and joyful moterhood.
