No, at this time we do not accept returns or refunds. Please do not send back any parcels without first contacting orders@mepublishing.co first.

These situations are handled on a case by case basis. First steps include taking a picture of the damage immediately and sending an email with your order number and request within 24 hours of receiving your package. No consideration will be given to those who have already written in or used the materials in any way or by those who have delayed more than 48 hours from delivery to reach out. Types of damage considered include water damage or damage to the inside materials beyond acceptable use. Consideration is not given to those who may have had destruction accidental or otherwise by family members and/or pets or other similar entities. If continual requests are made and are deemed to be excessive and/or fraudulent future purchases may be blocked.

We start selling pre-orders of Grace for This Season in Early March and those orders then start to ship in April time. We anticipate pre-orders to begin arriving by late April/Early May. You will receive an email confirming your order, and then a subsequent email when it has shipped! If there are any updates or courier delays you will be alerted as well. As always if you have any questions or concerns don't hesitate to reach out to us.

If you need to make any changes to your order, including your shipping address, please email orders@mepublishing.co with your order number and we will do our best to update your order. Once your order has been booked with the courier prior to dispatch, and or has already shipped and is returned due to incorrect, incomplete or insufficient information, we aren’t able to make any changes and a $20 fee will be incurred by the customer to reship.
