t's great to have you here! I'm Clair, the founder of Clair Lee Coaching and I'm first and foremost mum to my two beautiful kids. I'm a former senior leader in the travel industry, with almost 30 years experience of leading large teams, managing projects and dealing with the unexpected things the travel industry throws at you.

I know what it's like when the path you're on, just no longer fits anymore. This happened in my world when my son was born with a rare condition that required major surgery in the first year of his life. At the time I was also navigating redundancy from a job I loved whilst being on maternity leave. I was left feeling lost, stuck, frustrated and questioning what was next.

I'd always had a passion to build something for myself but I never thought it was possible for me. After coaching teams in my corporate career and being the 'go to' for friends, I realised it was time to take my passion and have a bigger impact on the world.

Throughout my own journey, I've learnt to master my own mindset, step hugely out of my comfort zone and overcome that voice in my head that wants to keep me stuck so I can create the life I desire. Now I want to help other women do the same and help them reach their fullest potential.
