I guide women who are done pushing through and ready to live from steadiness again.

Not because they’re broken. Not because they haven’t tried hard enough.

But because their body has been carrying more than it was meant to, often quietly, often for a long time.

This work is about restoring rhythm, safety, and self-trust from the inside out so calm, clarity, and energy can return naturally.

How I arrived here...

I didn’t come to this work by accident.

I arrived through lived experience, through seasons where my body felt unpredictable, my nervous system stayed on high alert, and “rest” never quite landed. I learned firsthand that willpower, information, and doing more weren’t the answer.

What changed everything wasn’t a protocol. It was understanding how to create the conditions where the body can finally settle.

That understanding became the foundation of my work and eventually, The Calm Curve™.

What makes this work different?

Most approaches focus on fixing symptoms or forcing change. My work starts somewhere else.

It begins with helping the body feel safe enough to soften, because when the nervous system is supported, everything else can follow with far less effort.

This means:

* Regulation before resolution

* Rhythm before routines

* Steadiness before strategy

Calm isn’t something you earn by doing more. It’s something your body remembers when it’s supported correctly.

What this looks like in real life

Women who step into this work often describe:

* Feeling grounded instead of braced

* Responding instead of reacting

* Having clearer thoughts and steadier energy

* Trusting their body again

* Living in balance instead of managing it

This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about returning to yourself without urgency or pressure.

I’m a cozy introvert who thrives on deep connection. You’ll often find me sending memes, songs, or random inspiration to my close friends — it’s our love language.

My life used to be nonstop — until it stopped me. I was constantly chasing the next project, goal, or idea… until a heart attack forced me to slow down and completely reevaluate what actually matters.

Coffee is my love language… but so are books and herbal tea. I’m a voracious reader and always have at least three books on the go (usually one for the mind, one for the soul, and one just for fun).

I believe you can train your nervous system to feel safe again. One of my favourite grounding rituals? Walking barefoot on the earth with a mug of Happy Juice in hand (yes, really).

I create best wrapped in a blanket, coffee in hand, dog by my side. Wellness doesn’t have to look like perfection — sometimes it looks like pyjamas, playlists, and purpose.

Nothing lights me up more than helping women remember their power. This work is about more than wellness; it’s about helping you feel informed, in control, and finally at home in your own body again.
