About Us
In a world full of planners, journals, and digital tools for teachers and tutors, we kept asking—where are the resources for principals? And more specifically, where are the tools created for and by Catholic school leaders?
We couldn’t find them. So, we created them.
Barb Labotka, a Catholic school principal, and Iraida Kenna, a graphic designer with a passion for mission-driven work, came together to fill this gap. What began as a dream has become a growing collection of resources thoughtfully crafted to support the spiritual and practical
needs of Catholic principals and school leaders. We recognized the growing presence of Spanish-speaking students and faculty in many Catholic schools, so we intentionally created our resources to be bilingual.
Our products are more than organizational tools—they’re a response to a calling. A way to strengthen and uplift the Catholic educational community, one page at a time.
If we want Catholic education to flourish, we must support those called to lead it.
We believe that with the right support, Catholic school leaders can build vibrant communities, strengthen faith formation, and carry the mission of Catholic education forward. That’s why we’re continually dreaming, designing, and discerning new ways to uplift and empower Catholic school leaders everywhere.
