Right now, the planner is available exclusively in a convenient PDF format—perfect for digital use or printing on your own. But we're growing! We're actively working toward launching a professionally printed version to be available alongside the PDF format next year. Thank you for supporting this mission as we continue to expand and better serve Catholic school leaders.

While the planner and notebooks have been designed with print use in mind, they can also be used digitally for those who prefer a paperless option. If you prefer a paperless workflow, the planner and notebooks can be used digitally on a tablet, computer, or other device. After downloading the PDF file (delivered directly to your email upon purchase), you can open it in a digital note-taking or PDF annotation app such as:

• GoodNotes (iOS/iPad)

• Notability (iOS/iPad)

• Xodo (Android & Windows)

• Adobe Acrobat Reader (All platforms)

  These apps allow you to write, highlight, and type directly on the pages using a stylus or keyboard. This makes it easy to stay organized while reducing paper clutter—and gives you the flexibility to carry your planner wherever you go. And if you ever change your mind, no problem—you can print it at any time! Whether in full color or black and white, the planner is designed to work beautifully in both formats.

After receiving your downloaded file, simply select the “Print in Grayscale” option in your printer settings if you prefer a

black-and-white version.

To get the most out of your planner, please ensure your printer settings are set to double-sided printing. The planner is intentionally designed with side-by-side layouts (spreads) —so you can view monthly and weekly spreads as they were meant to be seen: together. This setup supports ease of planning and a more intuitive flow as you navigate your school year.

The planner and accompanying notebooks are thoughtfully designed with color elements that enhance their visual appeal and organization. We understand though, that printing in black and white may be more convenient or cost-effective for some users. Both formats maintain the full functionality and thoughtful design intended to support your leadership throughout the year.
