Look at key metrics such as sales, revenue, customer acquisition cost, churn rate, and website traffic. This analysis will provide insights that guide your next steps.
Once you have set your goals, start planning how you will achieve them. Identify the tasks that will have the biggest impact on reaching your goals and prioritize them. Develop a roadmap for the quarter with key milestones and deadlines to keep yourself on track.
