I'm so glad you're here. Truly.

Whether you're brand new to yoga, or coming back after a break, you've found a space where it's ok to slow down, breathe & be your full, beautiful self.

I created True to You Yoga, because yoga changed everything for me - not just my flexibility, but my confidence, peace & sense of purpose.

This isn't about touching your toes, it's about touching your truth.

My Story

For years, I pushed myself to keep up - in life, in yoga, in everything. Power yoga, perfection, performance... I thought that was strength.

But what I found was this:

Real strength comes from softness.

Real progress comes from presence.

And real joy? It happens when you stop trying to be someone else & come home to you.

Yoga helped me slow down, breathe deeper & trust myself again. Now, it's my mission to help you do the same - to find your peace, your confidence, your flow, inside & out.

I'm not perfect (and never will be).

I still get nervous. I still doubt myself sometimes. I still lack patience & lose my temper (more than I'd like to admit).

But, here's what I do know:

🌸Confidence isn't something you find - it's something you practice.

🌸You don't have to do it alone.

I'll walk beside you, encourage you & remind you (over & over) that you are already enough - right here, right now.
