Her leadership extends beyond client work. Shannon serves on multiple Urban Land Institute committees, including the National Marketing Forum, Houston Management Committee, NEXT, and Women’s Leadership Initiative, and she sits on alumni boards for both Texas A&M College of Architecture and the Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and Design.
