Team Accountability:
Clear roles, delegation guidance, and accountability frameworks to ensure tasks are owned and executed without hand-holding. Your team will know exactly what to do, when to do it and how to deliver without you needing to oversee every step.
SOP Creation:
Creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for your most critical recurring tasks (e.g., client onboarding, invoicing, email management).
Centralised Operating System:
Setup of a tailored project management tool with custom workflows for task management, deadlines and team communication.
Monthly Planning + Support:
Ongoing planning sessions to align on priorities, map out execution plans and keep projects on track. You’ll have a clear plan every month and the confidence that it’s getting done.
Light Slack Support:
