Consultation Fee: £105.00 per hour.
Initial Assessment: £150.00. (Initial assessment fee is only charged should an assessment report be required. If this is not required, the standard hourly consultation fee of £100.00 is charged.)
Remote Consultations: £100.00 per hour.
Travel Costs: A flat fee of £40.00 per visit is charged unless travel in one direction exceeds one hour, in which case an additional fee of £15.00 per hour will be added.

Issue of home exercise program: £40.00.
Attendance at Multi Disciplinary Meetings: £90.00 per hour.
Contribution to EHCP or Annual Review Report Creation: £90.00 per hour.

Consultation fees are adjusted to reflect shorter/longer sessions to within 15 minutes. For example, a 45 minute session would incur a fee of £118.75 (£78.75 + £40 travel charge.)
Minimum charge applied is 30 minutes @ £92.50.

For regular therapy, parents will receive invoices at the end of the each calendar month. For one off sessions, invoices will be sent after the session. Payments must be made to Physio Baby Ltd and responsibility to seek reimbursement from insurance companies lies with the client unless agreed prior to treatment. Payments must be made within 14 days of receipt of invoice.

Whilst we understand that children can become unwell suddenly, we ask that all efforts are made to ensure that we are notified of cancellations at least four hours prior to appointment times.
Cancellations made less than two hours prior to scheduled treatment sessions will be charged at 30 minutes session + travel charge (£92.50). Cancellations made on therapist’s arrival at the home will be charged the full usual fee including travel.
