Statement: 9.12.24

Several of my clients are members of health insurance schemes. Each policy has different conditions in terms of number of treatments covered, excess payments and the rate the insurance will pay me for treatment.

The admin burden of dealing with insurance companies has become too onerous and therefore I have taken the decision that from 1st January 2025 I will require payment up front. Clients who have medical insurance and wish to have their treatments done by me they will need to pay me up front, and then claim back from the health insurance company.

Information:

AXA members can claim for reimbursement from AXA directly with a payment receipt (which I will provide). Note, AXA will pay £50 for an assessment appointment and £40 for a follow up appointment.

Healius - members can claim in full for treatments.

WPS - members can claim in full for physiotherapy treatment.

Not covered:

BUPA -I am not registered with BUPA

Vitality does not permit members to claim directly therefore if clients with Vitality membership wish to see me they would be self-funding.
